Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cytronicx Technologies Pvt. Ltd. believes in helping its customers as far as possible and follows a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. Order Cancellation
  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3-5 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped by vendors/merchants.
  • Cancellation is not accepted for perishable items such as food, flowers, etc.
2. Refund & Replacement
  • Refund or replacement is only processed if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • All claims must be reported within 3-5 days of receipt of the product.
  • Decisions regarding refund/replacement are subject to merchant verification.
  • Products with manufacturer warranty should be addressed to the manufacturer directly.
3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved by Cytronicx Technologies Pvt. Ltd., it will be processed within 3-5 working days to the original payment method.
